How should I store my caramels?

To maintain optimal freshness and texture, store your caramels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While refrigeration isn't required, it can extend shelf life during warmer months.

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Currently, our classic caramel recipe contains butter and heavy cream. We are actively developing a coconut milk-based vegan line, so please subscribe to our newsletter for launch updates.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Because we use no artificial preservatives, our caramels are best enjoyed within 8 weeks of delivery. Each package is stamped with a 'Best By' date for your convenience.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. We offer standard shipping (3-5 days) and expedited options. During summer months, we include insulated packaging to prevent melting.

Can I return food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your caramels nut-free?

While many of our flavors do not contain nuts, all of our caramels are produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, pecans, and walnuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
