Attach a clear photo of the product and its packaging, especially if the items were damaged during transit or arrived in poor condition.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a return shipment is necessary or if a direct refund can be issued.

Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of caramels to your address immediately or process a refund to your original payment method.
